Yesterday (05-May-2010) Google changed its long-run logo a bit. Just added some modern effect to it – both the inner and outer shadows are reduced too, and a slight color change. Heres a comparison :

When someone say about Internet, surely Google must be in their mind. And they would praise Google for sure. Thats what Google did to us, made the brand so popular that no one cant ignore it. Some people out there don’t really know anything about what Google was earlier at its start stage.. So here is some stuff that would give you an over view about Google. 4. The Google Doodles (Logos)

Google Doodles are as famous as Google itself. Doodles are known as the decorative changes that are made to the Google logo to celebrate holidays, anniversaries, and the lives of famous artists and scientists. In 1999, Google founders Larry and Sergey started the concept of doodle, they where in search for the right logo for their company at that time. 5. The First Post in the Official Blog of Google

Just for the sake, heres the link to the first post in Google’s Official Blog [Link]. It was posted by Jonathan Rosenberg on 4/19/2004 03:19:00 PM. But its not the usual “We are starting the official blogging” stuff I expected when I digged for this link. I wonder what was the reason behind it. If you have any idea please let me know.

Now another search engine comes to compete with others. This time its from the software giants – Microsoft. It is named as BING. You can view it at www.bing.com. As you can see its damn fast comparing to Google search! , you wont believe it until you try yourself! 

Actually Microsoft first tried its fortune in search engine market by introducing live.com Even though it made some attractions it was not upto people’s expectations. Then they started searching for things people need today from a search engine. So they came to a new term – search decision engines. BING actually makes decisions by reading the user’s minds.    Well it works some how.  So here we are now we have to accept Microsoft’s awesome work.

Anyway its gonna make it tough for Google and Yahoo. Their dominance in the search engine field will drop a considerable percentage. Well what ever happens Google will lead the market with its simplicity in their stuff, am not saying this because of the fact that am a big fan of Google
