  1. Go to the Windows Update Web Site. Make sure you open it in Internet Explorer, for some reason this site wont open in any other browsers!
  2. In the left panel, under Other Options, select “Personalize Windows Update”.
  3. Under “Set Options for Windows Update”, select the checkbox for “Display the Link to Windows Update Catalog under ‘See Also’”, then click “Save Settings”. More >

Bill Gates’ 10 Rules of Life…

Bill Gates' Speech at a High School

Bill Gates’ Speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school
He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.
Rules
Life is not fair – get used to it!
The world won’t care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.
You will not make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won’t be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.
If you think yourtecher is tough, wait till you get a boss.
Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.
If you mess up, it’s not your parents’ fault, so font whine about your mistakes, learn from them.
Before you were born, your parents weren’t as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent’s generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.
Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they’ll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn’t bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.
Life is not divided into semesters. You don’t get summers off and very few emmployers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that on your own time.
Television is not real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.
Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working for one.

Bill Gates’ Speech at a High School about 10 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good & politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world. This is one of the reason why America is ranked lower in educational qualifications.

Will Microsoft BING replace Google Search??

Microsoft Bing's LogoNow another search engine comes to compete with others. This time its from the software giants – Microsoft. It is named as BING. You can view it at www.bing.com. As you can see its damn fast comparing to Google search! 8-O , you wont believe it until you try yourself!  :-o

Actually Microsoft first tried its fortune in search engine market by introducing live.com Even though it made some attractions it was not upto people’s expectations. Then they started searching for things people need today from a search engine. So they came to a new term – search decision engines. BING actually makes decisions by reading the user’s minds.  :-|   Well it works some how.  So here we are now we have to accept Microsoft’s awesome work. More >
